Cancellation/postponement fees apply to bookings, specifically:

• In the event of cancellation by the Client more than 20 days before the event, the full amount minus a $100 fee will be refunded.

• In the event of cancellation by the Client less than 14 days before the event, 50% will be refunded.

• In the event of cancellation by the Client less than 7 days before the event, no amount will be refunded.

• In the event of cancellation by Bryan Whitefield Consulting, the full amount will be refunded to the Client.
