Two years ago Risk Management Partners foresaw the need for maturity assessments and we developed the RMP Healthcheck.  The Healthcheck assesses an organisation’s risk management maturity across seven different categories from risk management culture to risk financing with scores accumulated to determine the organisation’s overall rating.

The RMP Healthcheck recognises that the risk management journey:

• Starts at the realisation of the importance of risk management;
• Moves through deployment and often rapid improvement;
• Finally tackles the challenge of ensuring risk-based decision making is being pursued across the breadth and depth of the organisation.
